KPR Global Certification Inc. is always committed to:

Hold responsible and recognize the importance for the impartiality of its conformity assessment activities.
Being impartial in its management systems certification activities
Not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
Evaluate, eliminate, control, document the identified threats and risk arising from impartiality.
Ensure the objectivity of its management system certification activities are met.
Manage conflicts of interest, if any.
Providing access to and disclose any client information, whenever confidentiality agreements permit.
Keep confidential on the information about its clients and their proprietary information confidential.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained during handling of records.
